Baby Aspirin - aspirin which contains only 81mg of aspirin used to quiet immune system
BABYDUST - Good wishes vibe for getting pregnant
BBT - Basal Body Temperature
BC - birth control
BD - Baby Dance, Sex
BH - Braxton Hicks
Beta - Blood test for PG
BFN - Big Fat Negative (Pregnancy Tests)
BFP - Big Fat Positive (Pregnancy Test)
BRB - Be right back
BTW - By the way
CB - Cycle Buddy - Same cycle day as yourself
CD - Cycle Day
CL - Corpus Luteum
CM - Cervical Mucus
